Conference Update: While Tulsa, Oklahoma does have a mask mandate for public places, Broken Arrow does not. However, many retailers are still asking for masks to be worn. The convention center is not requiring masks but has plenty of room for social distancing. Attendees may act on their own accord. Color coded wrist bands will be provided for conference guests to indicate your preferred level of social distancing.
